Due to a recent ruling from the NJ Department of
Environmental Protection, Public Works will no longer accept or pick up concrete.
Residents can take their clean concrete to Winzinger's in Franklinville.

Waste Oil Collection
is held from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. the fourth Saturday of the month at the
Public Works garage. All waste oil must be handled and disposed of by
Public Works personnel.
Free Wood or
Leaf Mulch is available to all residence (no
businesses.) You can pick up free mulch from 5:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. and on the fourth Saturday of the month from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.

will be picked up at anytime, please
call the department to schedule a pick up.
If
you have old furniture you
would like to dispose of, place it at the curb on your regular trash day.
If you are disposing of White Goods, i.e., refrigerators, washers, dryers, and
light iron, please call the department.
Hazardous waste items
such
as paint cans, cleaning fluids, gasoline, and insecticides should be taken
to the Gloucester County Solid Waste Complex on Monroeville Rd. (County Rt.
694) in South Harrison. You may also deposit these items at the Gloucester
County Highway Department, 1200 N. Delsea Drive on Oct. 16. All
Collections are from 8:00 AM to 2 PM.
Public Works does not accept
propane tanks. Empty tanks should be taken
back to a dealer for disposal.
